Kind Words

We’re genuinely humbled reading the feedback we receive. It means a lot to know our work lands well and makes a difference. We’re proud of what we create, but even more grateful for the incredible people and organisations we get to work alongside. Their trust and support are what make every project worth it.

HPCE are a well-oiled machine with a personal touch. Everything is so well organised, efficient, and friendly. They are a pleasure to work with. Their communication regarding Huihinga Wahine was superb, always prompt, always professional. They are truly the best conference coordination and management company i have dealt with, and look forward to working with them a lot more in the future.

Grace and Graze

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to the team at HPCE Aotearoa for their outstanding work in organising Te Ara Wāhine. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the event.  HPCE Aotearoa expertly managed the event budgets, registrations, and payments, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Their coordination of the programme and speakers was exceptional, resulting in a well-structured, engaging, and inspiring event that truly resonated with attendees.  Their ability to bring together a diverse range of voices and create a space that celebrated and empowered wāhine was nothing short of remarkable. The feedback from participants has been overwhelmingly positive, and it’s clear that HPCE Aotearoa’s efforts made a lasting impact.  I wholeheartedly recommend HPCE Aotearoa to any organisation seeking a reliable, passionate, and highly capable events team. Their dedication to delivering meaningful and memorable experiences is second to none.

Te Ara Wāhine

Mather Solutions Limited (MSL) commends HPCE Aotearoa on its outstanding event management of our recent series of 2-day wānanga with Iwi Māori Partnership Boards (IMPBs) which was commissioned by Manatū Hauora | Ministry of Health. HPCE took charge of all logistics associated with the complex workshops which required organising travel and accommodation for over 80 participants, as well as coordinating the venue set up and associated tech support. Not only did HPCE communicate effectively with all parties but also regularly updated participants on all arrangements and any relevant changes. The support of HPCE was provided in an empathetic, professional and tikanga Māori aligned manner. Finally, the project was completed on time, within budget and aligned with agreed plans. As the project lead for these wānanga, MSL received very positive feedback from Manatū Hauora | Ministry of Health senior staff, attendees and others associated with the initiative. E te whānau o HPCE Aotearoa, he mihi anō ki a koutou katoa e pā ana ki te mahi whakahirahira me te tino tautoko ki tēnei kaupapa nui!

“We were looking to host an epic party to celebrate the company’s 10 year anniversary with friends, family and clients and were lucky enough to find HPCE.  From our initial brief, we were so impressed with how enthusiastically and accurately, Deb, Daniela and the team nailed our requirements.

Despite two delays due to Covid19, HPCE managed to keep all of the artists, caterers and suppliers booked for us and maintained our budget.  The event was far beyond our expectations and the styling of our warehouse into a party venue absolutely wowed our guests.

HPCE’s attention to detail and “outside the square” mindset were a pleasure to work with.  We cannot wait for our next opportunity to book another event through them.”

“We worked with HPCE for two years planning our 2023 Rotary District 9930 annual conference. The HPCE team provided a thorough event management plan and always provided good advice in relation to any queries we had. The event flowed seamlessly which is a huge credit to Deb, Laura and their team. We were very grateful for their support and management which helped make our event a success.”

Kevin Forgeson

District Governor Rotary District 9930

“Our complex programme had many logistical challenges, effectively combining three events into one large programme but the creativity, experience and extensive industry knowledge of Deb and her team enabled them to undertake our 11-day conference from start to finish.”

This is my final task as a District 9920 representative on the Organising Committee and one of the most important – to thank you sincerely on behalf of PDG Vidya, District 9920 and the Auckland Harbourside Rotary Club for the wonderful job you and your team at HPCE Aotearoa Ltd did in organising a wonderful conference for us in May this year. I had never appreciated just how many moving parts are involved in putting on a successful conference. We simply could not have delivered the conference to our Rotary members and guests without you. We certainly had our challenges along the way – registration levels, sponsorship, cost management and speaker withdrawals. However, your cool, calm and collected organisational style always won the day and had an infectious effect on all of us. I asked you once how the conference had been for you from a financial perspective, knowing just how much time and resource you had dedicated to it. Your immediate reply was ‘I did it for love!’. Well, I believe that and could see that and we were the undoubted beneficiaries of your ‘service above self’. So Deb, a huge thank you from District 9920. We wouldn’t hesitate to engage you again, if the opportunity arose.
