TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these and any other applicable terms and conditions. Additional terms and conditions will be posted at www.hpce.co.nz.
The promoter of this competition is Higher Perspective Conferences and Events (HPCE).
How to enter:
Entries will be accepted by filling out the entry form on or before 5pm on 30 November 2021.
Eligibility is limited to one entry per person. Fill in and submit the competition form to enter the draw. To be eligible to enter the draw and win, you must not be a staff member of HPCE or any competition partner. Entries must be submitted by 5pm on 30 November 2021. You must consent to the promoter receiving and storing your contact information provided in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You must agree for HPCE to send you updates throughout the competition period.
The winner to be selected at random electronically. The first eligible winner drawn will receive a team building package from HPCE to the value of up to $2000 anywhere in New Zealand.
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw closing, using the contact details provided on the competition form. If the winner is unable to be contacted within 7 days of initial contact, the prize will be forfeited, with a new draw conducted which allows the prize to be allocated to a new eligible winner. HPCE is not responsible if the winner is unable to be notified due to incorrect contact details being recorded on the form.
The selection results are final.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, negotiable, or redeemable for cash.
Exclusion of liability
Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, HPCE, their respective
employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature incurred or
suffered by any person (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition or with winning, redeeming or benefiting from the prize.
In the event of a dispute concerning any aspect of the competition including eligibility the decision of the promoter will be final. No correspondence concerning any decision made by the promoter will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the competition and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All entries remain the property of HPCE. All personal information will be collected and
stored by HPCE, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. You have the right to access
your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993.
Personal information may be used to conduct this competition and for future promotional and
publicity purposes. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described above.
